Our vision for Return to Rest is to take time to step away from the world for a bit and focus on God. To put down our phones, turn off our iPads and computers, shut down the to-do lists in our heads and focus on rest, true rest in the Lord. We strive to make the retreat as relaxing and intimate (8 attendees max) as possible. We’ve built in room for personal communion with the Lord, as well as times of discussion with smaller groups of gals and the larger group as a whole. Mixed in with these times will be worship through song and even a speaker and discussion on two of our nights together. However, we are also making sure that your afternoons are open to do whatever it is that gives you rest — reading, sleeping, crafting, hiking, etc. We want every attendee to leave Return to Rest feeling refreshed, focused for the year ahead, encouraged by their sisters in Christ, and redeemed and loved by God.
